Most people don’t realize just how much our adult life is impacted by negative childhood events. Can you think of a negative childhood memory from your life right now?
Are you Still Carrying Emotional Pain?
Can you think of a negative childhood memory from your life right now?
Most of us, at one point or another, have had to deal with little events and little traumas as we were growing up, causing us hurt, pain, sadness, fear, or some other negative emotion.
Can you think of a negative childhood memory from your life right now? (I know what some might say to that question… “Which one, there are so many?!”
Maybe for you it was being made fun of in a classroom in front of others, or being teased about how you looked, or maybe it was verbal or even physical abuse at home.
Well, I want to share with you today a video that is going to show you how you can use a powerful technique, in just minutes, to release childhood traumas. Why self-acceptance, although oftentimes difficult, is so critical in our lives, and how you can get to a place of self-acceptance faster
The “plane story” that best-selling author Wayne Dyer tells in this exclusive interview with Nick Ortner for the upcoming 6th annual Tapping World Summit, at about the 20th minute, is hilarious. 🙂

Tapping World Summit 2014
The story is just one part of a powerful, heart-warming, and very thought-provoking interview with Wayne, which is part of the pre-event video series for the upcoming 6th annual Tapping World Summit, an event that had over 500,000 attendees last year. If you don’t know what Tapping is, you’ll want to learn about it during this event.

When you have lasting feelings of anger, bitterness or even vengeance — and you don’t practice forgiveness, you might be the one who pays most dearly. By embracing forgiveness, you can also embrace peace, hope, gratitude and joy.
Nearly everyone has been hurt by the actions or words of another. Perhaps your mother criticized your parenting skills, your colleague sabotaged a project or your partner had an affair. These wounds can leave you with lasting feelings of anger, bitterness or even vengeance — but if you don’t practice forgiveness, you might be the one who pays most dearly. By embracing forgiveness, you can also embrace peace, hope, gratitude and joy. Consider how forgiveness can lead you down the path of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
What is forgiveness?
Generally, forgiveness is a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. The act that hurt or offended you might always remain a part of your life, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help you focus on other, positive parts of your life. Forgiveness can even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy and compassion for the one who hurt you.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean that you deny the other person’s responsibility for hurting you, and it doesn’t minimize or justify the wrong. You can forgive the person without excusing the act. Forgiveness brings a kind of peace that helps you go on with life.
